Product: A prefabricated panel is an acoustical substrate wrapped in fabric. The acoustical substrate (Whisper-tone wallboard) is cut in the desire form with the desired edge detail, radius, squared or mitered. Once the edge is achieved a hardening agent is applied and an upholsterer upholsters each panel and make sure to align any fabric pattern or weave.

Fabric Selection: Selecting the best fabric for your application is as important as selecting the system that is best for your application. The best fabrics for prefabricated panels are hydrophobic polyesters and some synthetics.
Fire Rating: All components have a class ‘A’ flame spread rating of 25 or less as per ASTM E-84.
Substrate | Whispertone Wallboard: Whisper-tone Wallboard is manufacturer from fine, rotary process glass fibers bonded with a special thermosetting resin to produce structurally rigid board-type insulation. The top surface is smooth and uniform in color and can be produced either plain or with Dura-Glass mat facing.
Enviromental: Prefabricated panels are manufactured with a 43% post-consumer recycled contend.

Maintenance and Cleaning: Periodic vacuuming will maintain the attractive of the fabric. Most spots can be removed by brushing or with a damp cloth. Avoid rubbing and excessive amounts of water as this will affect the finish.
Warranty: We offer a One-year limited warranty on our materials and workmen ship. Any Damages due to normal wear and tear are not included in our warranty.
